Pete is the managing partner. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction, operating practices and methodology.

Pete has over 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering Design and Development. As a professional services adviser, he has also led consulting and delivery engagements in aerospace, banking, manufacturing, online retail, and logistics. His clients include companies like: Airbus, Blackberry, Loblaw, CIBC, and Bombardier Aerospace. 

Pete’s vocational specialization is in process engineering and user experience design. His work on process engineering and human factors has been published in the International Journal of Production Research. He holds a undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering from Ryerson University with postgraduate training at Harvard University.

ERVIS SOFRONI

Head - IT

Ervis’ expertise is in the area of enterprise architecture and systems development with a particular focus on information security.

He has led enterprise engagements across a wide range of industries and helps clients plan, design, and deliver complex IT initiatives. His clients include companies like: Indigo, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Airbus and Bombardier Aerospace.

He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Sciences from Ryerson University.

ADAM CZAJKOWSKI

Head - Artificial Intelligence

Adam has over 15 years of experience in building and administering networks to designing enterprise software solutions. He has led international consulting and delivery engagements in artificial intelligence and micro processing. Adam’s specialization is in Computer Engineering. He holds a undergraduate and graduate degrees the University of Toronto.

His clients include companies like: Texas Instruments and Tesla.
